You are expected to be at the Right Place at the Right Time with the Right Equipment and the Right Attitude.
The Right Place
The orchestra room (F-102) is locate at the southwest end of the building. Plan your route accordingly so you can be on time! Concerts are at 6 p. m. in either the Theater or the Commons Area. Students are expected to be in their seat ready to warm up at least 30 minutes prior to downbeat.
LGPE location, dates and times will be announced as soon as possible. Do not schedule other events for the LGPE weekend.
The Right Time
Students are expected to be entering the orchestra room (F-102) by the bell rings. TAP policy at Brookwood High School is strictly enforced. Rehearsal begins 90 seconds after the bell rings, allowing students time to unpack and warm up. Grade deductions may be made for those not on time.
Concert times are made available on the master calendar. Students are required to report no less than 30 minutes before their assigned concert time. Attendance will be taken.
Ample time is required to tune and warm up before a rehearsal or concert. If you're not 15 minutes early, you're late!
